Our chefs work directly with more than 30 local Sonoma County farmers and food producers to
obtain the freshest and best ingredients for his menus, and many of the fruits, vegetables,
and herbs are raised right on the property in his own on-site gardens.
Wine country cuisine isn't complete without enjoying some of the many fabulous wines on our
extensive wine list. Local Sonoma County favorites, as well as selections from around the world,
